In a significant step forward for senior healthcare, Vivant Health and Foundation Laboratory have joined forces to address the unique needs of the Senior community in Sacramento and the surrounding areas. Through this dynamic partnership, seniors will have access to laboratory services tailored to their personal and health related needs.

Foundation Laboratory prides itself on the ability to adapt to the needs of our patient population.  As a dedicated provider for MediCare patients within Vivant Health, we have made every effort to ensure that our senior population is well accommodated.  Some examples are:

Centrally located Patient Service Center (PSC) in the heart of Sacramento. 

Our PSC offers easy access from the I-80 freeway and is located in the Fort Sutter Medical Building. There is ample parking at street level as well as designated parking in the parking garage just steps from our entrance.

No appointment required and minimal wait times. 

Appointments aren’t required and walk-ins are always welcome at our PSC’s. Our experienced and friendly phlebotomists ensure your safety and comfort during your visit.  We offer a comfortable and spacious reception area and expedient service to get patients on with their day.

Early PSC operating hours to accommodate our patients with fasting bloodwork orders. 

Our PSCs are open early to accommodate patients that are required to fast for their bloodwork.  This is extremely helpful for those with sensitive health conditions.
