Foundation Laboratory (FL) is comprised of a wonderful team of people that work well together and feels often more like family. FL believes in fostering a positive work culture where employees feel valued and respected and as a result motivated to contribute to the organizations success. 

One of the ways that FL builds camaraderie is through team building activities like outdoor hikes in the greater Los Angeles area.  Hiking can be an excellent team activity because it builds team cohesion, communication, trust, enhances problem-solving skills, reduces stress, and promotes health. Though, most importantly, it’s fun!

These quarterly hiking expeditions are open to all employees (and family if they are inclined to join) from beginners to more seasoned hikers.
