The Patient Folder is divided up into two tabs, the "Patient Tab" and the "Accession Tab".

Demographic Information:
On the left hand side of the Patient Folder will have the Patient's information listed. Including Name, DOB, Age, Gender, Address, Billing Type. This information is not modifiable through the SchuyNet program, if this information is wrong contact the laboratory to have it corrected.
Under the Accession Record is the Client and Primary Doctor listed for this patient.
Accession Record:
Listed in the Accession Record are all the test performed on this particular patient. They are listed by date, with the most recent accessions at the top.
Scroll down the list to find the accession you want and click on it once. Then go to the "Accession Tab" at the top of the Patient Folder to review information about the Accession.
You can press enter while the accession you want is highlighted to get the " Report Form". This allows you to skip the step of clicking on the " Accession Tab" to view the Report Form. |

Patient and Accession Information:
On the left hand side of the Patient Folder will have the Patient and Accession's information listed. Including Name, Draw Date, Receive Date, Print Date. This information is not modifiable through the SchuyNet program, if this information is wrong contact the laboratory to have it corrected.
ICD9 Codes:
This lists the ICD9 codes used in this accession.
Test or Panels Ordered:
In this scroll box, it shows you the Tests or Panels ordered on this particular accession. It lists the abbreviated name first, then followed by the full name.
View Report :
To get a printable "Report Form" for this Accession click on the "View Report" button and a new window will pop up with the proper information.
