The Main Menu page is the first page that is displayed immediately after you Login.

Search for Patient:
You can search for patients using either the Patient ID or the Patient Name. Fill in either box and click on Lookup Patient.

To use the Patient Name search field, all the names you enter must be in the format of "last name, first name".
Valid Examples for Mortemer Drinkwater: "Drinkwater, M", "D,M", "Drink", and so forth.

If you enter the name "Gonzales, Maria" or the initials "D,J" and there happens to be more than one option available a box will pop up with all the available options. Choose the correct patient from that list.

Once you have selected a patient, you will go to the "Patient Folder".

Recent Accessions:
The lower portion of the Main Menu screen has the Recent Accessions. Displayed are the latest accessions that the lab has processed; listed by accession number then patient name.

When you click on a name two screens will pop up, the "Patient Folder" and the "Report Form". The Patient folder will display all the information about that specific patient as well has having a tab to other a tests the patient has had run. The Report Form will be the report for that specific accession.

Log Off:
View the "Log Off" section.
