To Enable Cookies:

Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher:
Click on Tools, then Internet Options. Click on the Security Tab, then choose Custom Levels. Scroll down and find the cookies entry and click enable for both stored cookies and per-session cookies. Press ok and return to your browser.

Netscape 6 or higher:
Click on Edit and select Preferences. In the left side menu of the box that pops up, click on Privacy and Security. Highlight Cookies and choose the radio button that enables all cookies.
